Delete your ValX account
You can request deletion of a ValX customer or detailer account even if you cannot currently access the app.
Send a deletion request
Email from the address registered to your ValX account. Use the subject Delete my ValX account. Do not include your password or a verification code.
What happens next
- ValX verifies that the requester controls the account.
- Active sessions are disabled and the account is placed into the deletion process.
- Profile, saved vehicle, saved-address, device and optional marketing information is deleted or anonymised where it is no longer needed.
- ValX confirms completion or explains any restricted information that must be retained.
Information that may be retained
Booking, payment, payout, tax, fraud-prevention, complaint or dispute records may be retained in restricted form where required by law or necessary for legal claims. Retained information is not used for marketing and is removed or anonymised when the applicable period ends.

If you no longer control the registered email address, contact support@valx.uk. ValX will need another proportionate way to verify ownership before acting.
